So why, “To the Moon”? To the Moon represents an idea. The idea that we should reach our dreams. All too often I’ve had people tell me “I can’t” or “It won’t work” and it’s very rare someone has taken the time to tell me “I can”. I feel this story resonates with many. As children we come into this world with undying curiosity. We are explorers and learners, setting forth into the great unknown. So what I want to know is, what happens? Over the years we are told to have “more realistic” expectations, that we’re dreaming “too big” and that we should try another dream. Why? Chances are, the ones who are telling us these things are living on a pile of broken dreams. They tried and failed, so they tell us the dream is impossible because “they know”. Well I’d like to challenge that. This blog is meant as a way to reignite the long lost spark of childhood and make the Moon not seem so far out of reach. So go ahead, take a seat, and join me on this adventure.
