If I’m to be honest, this is probably one of my favorite quotes of all time. It’s amazing how a little change in perspective can change the entire meaning. I won’t lie, I can be quite pessimistic at times but I do genuinely believe the optimists have a better time going through life. But even pessimists can be optimists, so if you’re a pessimist, just don’t call yourself that. Instead, say you’re a realist and that makes it look like the optimists are exaggerating the situation, cause sometimes you have to be down to Earth and truth be told, there are still thorns no matter what way you look at it!
